KO, Wai-yin Francis

Francis has over 30 years' experience in building services consultancy and contracting field covering the design, project management, co-ordination, site supervision for electrical, ELV/IT and lift services for a wide range of developments including residential, office, commercial, hotel and hospital projects.

 

He was a Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for a no. of major developments including the Two Pacific Place at Queensway, China Dyeing Work Site at Tsuen Wan, Cambridge House at Quarry Bay and nos. of Housing Authority projects. Francis is a Chartered BS Engineer and Electrical Engineer holding grade CO Registered Electrical Worker.
